Clare McCully brings more than 35 years of non-profit management experience to her coaching practice. She has been a Chief Development Officer, Vice President of Advancement and Executive Director for various non-profits in higher education, education, healthcare, environmental and social impact institutions. She has led several successful capital campaigns as well as building principle and major gifts programs and creating signature fundraising events for unrestricted giving. Clare received the 2005 Community Cornerstone Award for Education Fundraising from Women in Development of Greater Boston, one of 25 women honored at the 25th Anniversary of this prestigious organization. She has served on WID's Board, as well as CASE D1 Board and Cabinet. She has consulted nationally to non-profits with feasibility studies, board trainings and retreats, as well as development department audits. She was a founding advisor to the National School Foundation Association and Founder of the Massachusetts Education Foundation Association. In addition, she was a recruiter for the non-profit sector whose client list included Scripps Research Institute, MIT, Preservation Virginia, The Van Andel Institute and the National Coast Guard Museum. She has worked with hundreds of candidates. She understands the non-profit sector and what is needed to propel your career to the next level. She holds an Advance Certificate in Coaching Practice from the Association of Coaching.
